Why we exist

Collections management sits in a difficult middle ground: credit policy written upstairs, phone floors and agency partners downstairs, and a general ledger that must still tell a coherent story. Node Query Hub was formed in Bangkok to give finance and credit leaders an independent reading of how collections management is applied — the daily decisions, documents, and cut-offs that determine whether reported arrears and recoveries can be trusted.

How we work

We treat each engagement as fieldwork. Auditors walk aging extracts beside case notes, sit with recovery supervisors long enough to hear how exceptions are really handled, and reconcile agency remittances to cash books. Findings are written in plain language with evidence references your internal teams can follow without a translator for buzzwords.

Thailand context

Our office is in Khlong Toei, Bangkok. Much of our work involves Thai-language operational records alongside English board packs, consumer and SME portfolios common to local finance companies, and the practical realities of agency networks outside the capital. We schedule on-site days around your close calendar rather than forcing a fixed remote-only model.

People & values

The practice stays deliberately small so engagement managers remain close to testing. We value:

• Proportionality — recommend fixes that fit portfolio size and staff capacity
• Independence — we do not sell recovery outsourcing or software licenses
• Respect for customers — audit methods must not create careless handling of personal data

Credentials in practice

Team members bring prior experience from credit risk, internal audit, and receivables accounting roles in Southeast Asian lending environments. We do not advertise invented certifications; when a statutory audit opinion is required under Thai law, we say so clearly and refer or partner as appropriate.
