How we work
A clear path from first conversation to issued findings, shaped for finance and credit operations calendars in Thailand.
Engagement rhythm
Collections audit work fails when it ignores close dates, agency cycles, and the reality that recovery supervisors cannot sit in workshops all week. Our process keeps fieldwork predictable and light on ceremony.
1. Scoping call
We confirm the portfolio, legal entities, period under review, and whether the driver is internal assurance, board prep, or a known control concern. You leave with a draft information request, not a vague proposal deck.
2. Fixed-fee proposal
Within two business days of receiving enough detail, we send a written scope, fee, deposit terms, and proposed fieldwork window. See Fees for starting points.
3. Information gathering
Aging extracts, policy manuals, sample account lists, remittance files, and write-off registers arrive through your secure channel. We flag gaps early so testing days are not wasted.
4. Fieldwork
Auditors combine document testing with short interviews on the recovery floor or in finance. On-site days in Bangkok are common; travel elsewhere in Thailand is scheduled when the portfolio requires it.
5. Factual clearance
A draft findings pack goes to your nominated contacts. This step catches terminology mismatches and missing context before the board sees the document.
6. Final pack & close-out
You receive the issued findings, a working-paper index, and a short close-out call. Remediation implementation stays with your teams unless you commission a follow-up review.
