Fees

Fees follow scope: portfolio complexity, agency use, periods tested, and how quickly extracts can be produced.

How we price

Collections audit work is quote-based. A thin consumer book with clean extracts costs less than a multi-entity SME portfolio with three agencies and incomplete remittance files. After a scoping call we issue a fixed engagement fee for the agreed scope, not an open hourly meter for routine fieldwork.

Indicative starting points

EngagementStarting fee (THB)Typical driver
Collections financial audit185,000One portfolio, two reporting dates, limited agency use
Receivables control review78,000Finance-side controls and reconciliations
Recovery process assessment95,000Desk walkthroughs and sample case timelines
Write-off policy review68,000Policy plus sample charge-offs

These are starting points for mid-size books. Multi-entity groups, regulated disclosures, or compressed year-end timelines increase the fee.

What changes the estimate

  • Number of legal entities and product types in scope
  • Whether external collection agencies must be tested
  • Availability and quality of aging and case extracts
  • Need for Thai/English bilingual working papers for the board
  • On-site days outside Bangkok

Deposits

A 40% deposit confirms calendar dates. The balance is invoiced when the final findings pack is issued. See our refund policy for cancellations and rescheduling.

What we do not sell

There are no monthly software subscriptions, seat licenses, or “starter / enterprise” product tiers. If you need ongoing advisory days after an audit, we price those as a separate day-rate retainer agreed in writing.

Next step

Request a scoping call with portfolio size, period, and deadline. We respond with a written estimate within two business days of receiving enough detail to scope.
