By accessing nodequery-hub.digital you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site. Engagement contracts for audit work are separate written agreements that prevail over website copy if there is a conflict.

Services described

Pages describing engagements, fees, and processes are informational. They do not constitute an offer to enter a binding audit contract until Node Query Hub issues and you accept a written engagement letter.

Intellectual property

Site text, layout, and branding belong to Node Query Hub unless otherwise noted. You may not copy substantial portions for commercial use without written permission. You retain ownership of materials you submit through forms; you grant us a limited license to use them to respond to your inquiry.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt its operation, submit unlawful content, or use contact channels for spam. We may restrict access if misuse is detected.

Liability

The website is provided as a general information resource. To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Node Query Hub is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of website content without a signed engagement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
